HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a dedicated PA or NP to join a well-established cardiology practice in Mount Airy, North Carolina. This outpatient-only role offers a balanced work-life schedule with a 4.5-day workweek—clinic closing at noon on Fridays—no call, and no weekend shifts. The practice boasts a welcoming, low-stress environment with stable, long-term patients and a supportive team, making it an ideal setting for professional growth and patient-focused care.

Position Highlights:

• Patient Volume Approximately 14 patients per day, with a bonus incentive for additional patients seen.
• Support Each provider will have their own medical assistant.
• Schedule 4.5-day workweek; clinic closes at noon on Fridays.
• Compensation Highly competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000 annually, plus a productivity bonus.
• Benefits Full benefits package, including PTO and additional perks.
• Experience Candidates with experience in cardiology, family practice, internal medicine, or as hospitalists are welcomed. Open to new graduates who are ready to work with minimal training. The ideal candidate is someone looking to settle long-term with a family.
• Training Cardiology experience preferred but not mandatory. The practice is committed to training motivated individuals, with the potential to develop a strong cardiology APP within 12 months.
