Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week
NextCare is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our urgent care team in Broomfield, CO.
This role is ideal for an experienced APP who enjoys clinical variety, autonomy, and making a meaningful impact in the community while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment.
NextCare clinicians enjoy true work-life balance, including no after-hours tasks, flexible scheduling, and monthly schedules released in advance. Our full-time schedules are designed so clinicians are off more days than they work.
You’ll be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who provide real-time guidance and support. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low-acuity presentations that allow providers to maintain strong clinical and procedural skills.
