Compensation: $128K+ (based on experience)

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant to provide in-home healthcare to patients across Brooklyn. This role is ideal for a PA passionate about patient-centered care who thrives in an autonomous, flexible work environment.
In-Home Patient Care: Provide primary care, chronic disease management, and preventative health services directly in patients’ homes.
Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a structured yet adaptable schedule with a strong work-life balance.
Multicultural Care: Engage with diverse communities—fluent Spanish required to ensure effective patient communication.
