Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 8-10 hour shifts, Monday – Thursday, core hours being between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm or 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Friday daytime core hours, such as 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to:

  • Provide care to adult neuroendovascular surgery patients in an inpatient, outpatient, and operating room setting.
  • Coordinate/manage/triage neurosurgery patients.
  • Round independently and with the neurosurgery provider team.
  • Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including: endovascular neurosurgery first assistance, Intraoperative monitoring, Minor invasive procedures (e.g. sutures, blood draws, lumbar punctures), spinal pump adjustments, and removal of spinal stabilization devices, reprogramming of CSF shunts, and shunt taps.

Education:

  • Minimum – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum – State of Wisconsin PA licensure

  • Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
  • Active PA board certification

All Physician Assistant applicants must have*:

  • Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
  • Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
