JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Board: NP or PA certification

  • Licenses: Active PA license required

  • DEA: DEA required

  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • All required documentation must be submitted no later than 5 business days prior to start

  • Provider questionnaire required at time of submission

  • NPDB self-query required at time of presentation, within 6 months

  • Full disclosure on all malpractice required

  • If the role includes specific coverage dates, your submission must clearly state exact dates the provider can work

  • Submissions without rates will be rejected immediately

  • Required Submission Packet: CV, Coversheet, Questionnaire, NPDB (pulled within the last 6 months)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support within the Interventional/Electrophysiology department

  • Manage patient care for ages 18-100 with an average volume of 18 patients per day

  • Perform post-operative assessments for patients undergoing procedures such as Pacemaker/ICD implants and ablations

  • Collaborate with the assigned clinical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate documentation within the EPIC EMR system
