Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - Cardiology to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Lincoln Medical Center is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers. Opportunity Details:

• Collaborates to provide care coordination activities in providing comprehensive care (e.g., other healthcare providers, local health departments, social service, nutritionist, dentist, community-based organizations, home care and patient education groups).
• Provide relevant health education and instructions, counsels patients/family responsible on the impact of illness and principles of health promotion and maintenance.
• Participates in departmental meetings and interdisciplinary community meetings.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified by the NCCPA
• Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on 40-hour work week.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239** - $192,319**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution and other factors as set forth below:

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
