Klickitat Valley Health Family Medicine is seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our collaborative and dynamic care team. This full-time position offers a unique blend of primary care and same-day Express Care services, working four days per week (Wednesday through Saturday).

The schedule includes:

• Two days per week providing comprehensive primary care services.

• Two days per week covering our same-day Express Care clinic.

Our Family Medicine team includes five physicians, five advanced practice providers, a Medical Director, a Clinical Manager, and an Office Support Manager. Patient volumes average 16–17 per day, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and continuity of care.

Clinic services include:

• Family Medicine

• Express Care

• Pain Management

• Behavioral Health

• Dental

• Optometry

• Diabetes Education

We also offer access to specialists in:

• General Surgery

• Orthopedics

• Visiting specialists in Podiatry, Cardiology, Dermatology, and Pulmonology through our Specialty Clinic

Each provider is supported by a dedicated medical assistant and a virtual scribe. We utilize Meditech Expanse as our electronic medical record system, with additional support from a Clinical Informatics RN.

Minimum Education, Training & Experience (includes licenses or certifications):

Safety Sensitive per WA SB5123: Yes

Education / Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine with an active/current license to practice medicine in Washington State required.
• Board Certification.
• Federal/state DEA registration required.
• Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications required.
• Current KVH medical staff affiliation/credentialing status required.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
