Aligned Orthopedics, in partnership with OrthoBethesda & Shady Grove Orthopedics, is hiring an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily OR-based, with responsibilities across our hospital locations in Bethesda, Rockville, and nearby surgery centers.

New hires will receive training alongside an experienced PA for the first 1–2 months, in addition to direct guidance from our surgeons.

Starting pay with no experience: $110,000 with signing bonus
