Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc. (FHC) is a private not-for-profit organization providing services in Lee, Charlotte, and Western Hendry counties. The majority of our physicians are board certified and bilingual, speaking English, Spanish or Creole. For other languages not spoken by our staff or for patients with disabilities, we utilize an over the phone translation/interpretation service. We offer a discount fee scale, which allows you to pay a reduced rate for services based on your family size and household income.
