Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who wants your work to truly matter? At The Arc of the Ozarks, we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative PT to join our interdisciplinary team and support individuals with varying diagnoses and disabilities across the lifespan.
This role offers meaningful, hands-on work in clinic, school-based, and community settings, where you’ll help individuals build strength, confidence, and independence.
What You’ll Do
Conduct age-appropriate screenings, assessments, and evaluations
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Support clients in improving strength, endurance, mobility, balance, coordination, gait, and gross motor skills
Recommend and train clients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, orthotics, and environmental modifications
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain timely, accurate documentation and complete chart reviews
Supervise therapy assistants and interns, as applicable
Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
Travel between service locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)
What We’re Looking For
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
Active Missouri Physical Therapy license in good standing
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
