We are seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will assist in delivering therapeutic services designed to enhance mobility, restore function, and support overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
Accurately document resident progress in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
Educate residents and families on prescribed exercises and safety practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals
Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging therapy environment
Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
