Location: Sunnyvale Post Acute – Sunnyvale, CA
Pay Rate: $57–$67 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: PRN / Weekends

Our therapy team is dedicated to supporting patients in regaining their highest level of independence, mobility, and quality of life. We are seeking a talented PRN Weekend Physical Therapist to join our rehab department.
The PRN Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and provides patient‑centered physical therapy services for individuals requiring rehabilitation in a post‑acute/long‑term care setting. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best rehabilitation outcomes for our residents.
