An independent, family-owned clinic in Johns Creek is seeking a full-time PT to join its established team. The practice combines an active orthopedic and sports population with a diverse adult caseload, strong physician referral relationships, advanced rehabilitation equipment, and a genuine commitment to clinical development.

💼 About the Facility:

Join an established, family-owned outpatient practice that has served the Johns Creek community for more than 20 years. The clinic offers a close, collaborative culture with several long-tenured therapists and an experienced clinical owner who is actively involved in mentoring therapists and teaching within a respected university residency program.

Therapists typically treat approximately 13 patients per day, with appointments generally scheduled for about one hour. The clinic offers advanced rehabilitation equipment and serves a varied caseload that includes orthopedic, sports and injury rehabilitation, and older adults.

Flexible and staggered schedules are available, and a four-day workweek may be considered.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $78,500–$90,000
• Additional performance-based commission opportunity
• Full-Time Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with Match
• PTO and Paid Holidays
• Flexible weekday scheduling
• Four-day workweek may be considered
• No weekends

👩‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports-related, and functional mobility needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and independence
• Collaborate with an experienced outpatient therapy team
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Maintain compliance with professional, state, and federal standards

✅ Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current GA License (or eligible to obtain)
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time-management skills
• Genuine interest in outpatient physical therapy and collaborative patient care
