H2 Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Chilhowie, Virginia, with opportunities to provide coverage at our Damascus and Saltville clinics.

Your Role

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and mobility-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve movement, function, and quality of life.
• Provide hands-on interventions, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and fellow clinicians to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Provide clinical coverage at our Damascus and Saltville locations as needed.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and a collaborative team environment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
