H2 Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Richmond, Kentucky team. Our Richmond clinic provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services for a diverse orthopedic population, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, spine care, balance and vestibular disorders, and performance enhancement. You'll have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, utilize evidence-based interventions, and help patients return to the activities they love. At H2 Health, we prioritize quality care by providing strong administrative support, AI-powered documentation technology, and manageable caseload expectations, allowing you to focus on what matters most: your patients.

Your Role

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Accurately document patient care using AI-powered Scribe documentation technology.
• Foster a positive, compassionate, and patient-focused clinical experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
