Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient/Outpatient

Location: Willoughby, OH
Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient

Concept Rehab is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team Full-Time in Willoughby, OH.

This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working across inpatient and outpatient settings while helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions
• Treat patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy, and other healthcare professionals
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress

What We're Looking For:

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Inpatient and/or outpatient experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
