What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients across multiple care settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional recovery
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and home programs
- Document accurately in the electronic health record
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Previous experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehab preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification
- The candidate must be a team player and flexible with scheduling
- One year of experience in short term Rehab and/or Outpatient Therapy is desired.
- Good communication skills required, both verbal and written form
- Organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willing to help other department
