Physical Therapist, PT
Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
What You’ll Do
Provide skilled physical therapy for children, birth to 21, in their home and community settings.
Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals.
Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Maintain clear and timely documentation.

Active Colorado Physical Therapy License
Degree from an accredited therapy program
BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

MGA Homecare has been providing Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nursing Visits, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services within the home and community-based setting for over a decade. While recently opening its doors to MGA Behavior Therapy which offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early behavior intervention for pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities within the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.
