Omni Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home evaluation and treatment services as an independent contractor throughout Ventura County, CA This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy home health and want a flexible practice arrangement with full control over their availability and patient assignments.

We are currently seeking clinicians who can provide services throughout Ventura County, including:

• Camarillo
• Fillmore
• Moorpark
• Ojai
• Oxnard
