What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you'll develop personalized treatment plans that help residents improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercise, gait training, balance activities, and manual therapy
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and discharge recommendations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license
