What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services that help patients improve mobility, restore function, and maximize independence.
Responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional outcomes
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve the best possible results
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate resident care
Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
