What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence by developing personalized rehabilitation programs focused on maximizing independence and improving quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with California State Practice Act guidelines
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Recommend durable medical equipment (DME) and educate patients and families on safe mobility and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
