
Physical Therapist (PRN) – Continuing Care Retirement Community
Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team on a PRN basis at a highly rated continuing care retirement community located in Cincinnati, Ohio (near Springdale area) Our facility offers a comprehensive range of care services, including independent living, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation. This flexible position is ideal for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a work schedule that fits their lifestyle.
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work some weekday hours, with availability to accommodate various needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Ohio Physical Therapist or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
