Physical Therapist – PRN
Inpatient therapy coverage on weekends and for PTO backfill
Join a collaborative and patient-focused therapy team where your skills make a real impact. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll assess, treat, and guide patients through personalized recovery plans. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience, all while growing your own clinical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises
Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and prepare discharge recommendations
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and case management
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, rehab techs, and volunteers
Participate in departmental initiatives and student programs
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Licensure & Certifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana
Current CPR certification
Experience:
Clinical experience preferred
New graduates welcome

Strong verbal and written communication
Problem-solving and sound judgment
Ability to manage varying caseloads and schedules
Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to departmental needs
