We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis at our facility in Rutland, VT. As a Physical Therapist with Allaire Health Services, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care as part of our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, including orthopedic, neurological, and chronic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patients' goals and improve function
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments
Participate in education and training programs to stay current with industry best practices and advancements
Contribute to performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and facility operations
Requirements
Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
