Job Description

SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team! We have a part-time opening at our Toms River, NJ clinic with a potential option of a full-time position, splitting hours between Toms River, NJ and Neptune, NJ.
Whether you are a new grad or an experienced physical therapist, we'd love to speak with you! Our regional leadership will provide you with the guidance and mentorship you need to take your career to the next level. We also have additional openings available in nearby areas. Benefits


    Part Time benefits include:
  • Pay Range $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
  • Paid Sick Time

    • Potential for full-time position splitting time between the Toms River, NJ and Neptune, NJ locations. If full-time, benefits will include:
  • Pay Range $90,000 - $120,000 Base Salary

Qualifications

  • New Jersey Physical Therapist License
  • Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
  • Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
  • Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
  • Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
  • Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
