Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro
Location: Medford, OR
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

Pay Range: Competitive pay based on experience

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join an outpatient neuro rehabilitation team in Medford, Oregon. This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys helping patients improve mobility, independence, and overall function through individualized evaluation and treatment.

The Physical Therapist will work with patients with a variety of diagnoses, including neurological and physical conditions, while providing patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services based on each patient's functional level, goals, and needs.
• Support patients with neurological and mobility-related conditions.
• Help patients improve strength, movement, balance, independence, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families.
• Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Provide education and recommendations to support continued recovery and independence.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon or Washington upon hire.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Ability to provide care in all states where services are delivered.
• Strong patient care, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Outpatient neuro experience.
• Specialized physical therapy training or experience related to department needs.
