Overview: Due to growth, Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Lorton, VA. Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered.The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored. Caseload / Patient Population: The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team! Full-time PTs should expect to treat an average of 14-15 patients per day. The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $80,000 per year and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available. Job Requirements: Eligible for VA state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred. New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
