Due to growth, PhysioTherapy Professionals, LLC is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Springfield, IL. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with part-time availability of 12 hours over 2 weekdays are also welcome.

New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will provide outpatient orthopedic care within a collaborative, independent clinic environment of five private treatment rooms and a large open gym. This is not a corporate setting, and therapists work alongside the clinic owners, gaining direct mentorship and professional development opportunities that larger organizations simply cannot offer. The caseload includes general orthopedic conditions, treating patients across all ages. Candidates interested in specializing in women's health, dry needling, and manual therapy will find both the resources and experienced guidance to develop expertise in these areas.

The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

There are no productivity quotas or requirements! Full-time Physical Therapists typically see 12 to 15 patients per day. Initial evaluations are one hour, and follow-up sessions are 30 minutes.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $77,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. This position includes a bonus structure.

Benefits include health insurance with supplemental dental and vision coverage, paid time off with 7 paid holidays, generous continuing education funds, flexible scheduling, mentoring support, and student loan repayment assistance of $2,000 per year for the first 5 years of employment.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday. Weekends and major holidays are not required. Full-time clinicians can choose to work traditional five-day weeks or four 10 hour days.

You'll have flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to grow your clinical skills while working alongside a collaborative team that values work and life balance.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred, but not required.

• New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.

• Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.

• Candidates with part-time availability of 12 hours over 2 weekdays may also apply.

• Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

PhysioTherapy Professionals, LLC was started in May 2007 by Brigitte Cutler, PT and Leah Boente, PT. They both wanted to create a patient focused practice utilizing a wide range of physical therapy techniques.

As the practice grew Kirsten Transue, PT came on board in 2008. In 2015 Kirsten became a partner. PhysioTherapy Professionals has continued to steadily grow. We moved into our current west side location in 2017 and we have grown to over 15 employees.

We added a second site downtown and now have a Workplace Wellness branch to help local companies provide wellness services.
