Due to growth, Scarpelli & Associates Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist in the Castro District of San Francisco. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with part-time availability of 16 hours across 2 weekdays will also be considered.

The ideal candidate is personable with strong communication skills and is interested in building a community presence.

New grad Physical Therapists are welcome.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work in a gentle pace outpatient setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic and/or pelvic health caseload. We are committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for all patients, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Full-time Physical Therapists should expect to treat 43-45 patients per week.

Initial evaluations are one hour, and follow-up sessions are 45 minutes.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $104,000 to $139,360 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates who prefer not to receive benefits may receive additional compensation in lieu of the benefits package.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday hours are not required but are available for clinicians who are interested.

Job Requirements:

  • Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

  • Prior outpatient experience is preferred.

  • New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.

  • Full-time is considered 40 hours per week.

  • Candidates with part-time availability of 16-24 hours across 2-3 weekdays will also be considered.
