Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled physical therapist to join SPORT Clinic Physical Therapy at our Cedarburg location. Full-time PTs should expect to treat 8-10 patients per day.

What You Will Do

Provide initial evaluation and on-going assessments through interview and physical exam

Develop and evolve plans of care and treatment goals

Involve patients in the treatment and education as it relates to their condition, treatment and anticipated progress

Use EMR system to provide timely and accurate documentation of services

Supervise physical therapist assistants

Maintain legal and accreditation compliance

Participate in ongoing development of clinical and professional skills

Engage in promoting self and clinic in the community

What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist license

OCS, SCS, ATC, preferred

Open to all experience levels including new grad PTs

Dry Needling Certified, preferred

Continuing education in women’s health, of interest

Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA), r equired within 90-days of hire

Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.

Part-time candidates with 20 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered.

Physical Therapists should expect to work until 6pm 2 nights per week.
