BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time Outpatient at Home opportunity serving adult and geriatric clients throughout Atlantic County, NJ in Senior Living Communities
This unique role combines the clinical focus of outpatient therapy with the flexibility and personalized care of home-based visits. You'll work one-on-one with patients in senior living settings, helping them regain strength, improve mobility, and maintain independence in the comfort of their own environment.
Tired of seeing 12–15 patients a day? Experience the difference of one-on-one care where you can focus on your patients, not productivity quotas.
Enjoy a flexible schedule, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact without the demands of a traditional outpatient clinic setting.
At BAYADA, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
At BAYADA, our employees are our greatest asset. We are committed to investing in your success through ongoing support, professional development, and a culture built on compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Benefits may include:
Base Pay:
$48.00 - $53.00 per hour, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation.
Join a team that is dedicated to helping people live safely and independently while providing clinicians with the flexibility, autonomy, and support they deserve.
