Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Hobbs, NM
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive compensation package; bonus eligible

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join an outpatient care team in Hobbs, New Mexico. This role is responsible for evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, providing therapy services, and helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

This is a great opportunity for a PT who is comfortable working independently while still collaborating with a patient-focused healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and therapeutic techniques.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery plans, and continued care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Support patient independence, mobility, and functional improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision when needed.

Preferred:

• 2 years of rehabilitation experience.

Additional Information

This is a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist position. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Candidates should be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Mexico.
