Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time Positions

Our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams serve residents in senior living, skilled nursing, outpatient, and home health settings. We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) throughout Florida to join our growing outpatient team.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, provide hands-on patient care, and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Therapist (PT)

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized plans of care

  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on treatment goals, mobility, exercise programs, and injury prevention

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care

  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and support personnel as required

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

  • Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist

  • Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence

  • Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising therapist

  • Complete timely and accurate treatment documentation

  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs

  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support positive patient outcomes

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable state, payer, and company regulations

Qualifications

Physical Therapist (PT)

  • Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida

  • Outpatient, senior living, or related rehabilitation experience preferred

  • Ability to become credentialed with applicable insurance payers

  • CPR certification as required

  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Florida

  • Outpatient, senior living, or related rehabilitation experience preferred

  • CPR certification as required

  • Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
