Setting: Outpatient clinic
Location: San Antonio, TX
Provides outpatient physical therapy services under Medical Director of PM&R
Evaluates patients and develops individualized plans of care
Delivers evidence-based treatments and documents care timely and accurately
Supervises and collaborates with PTAs and rehab staff
Focus on patient safety, functional outcomes, and high-level customer service
Patient Care & Responsibilities
Interpret provider referrals and perform evaluations
Develop functional goals and treatment plans
Modify treatments based on patient progress
Educate patients, families, and care team
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Participate in CQI and ongoing education
Work Environment
Clinic-based setting
Physical demands include standing, lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, and manual therapy
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (TX)
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from accredited program
BLS/CPR (AED required)
Outpatient PT experience preferred (new grads welcome)
EMR/computer proficiency
