A local healthcare provider in the Long Beach area is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting recovery in collaboration with the care team.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and document assessments.
Develop and implement physician-approved treatment plans.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Restorative Aides.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.
Support discharge planning and caregiver education.
Recommend necessary mobility and adaptive equipment.
Qualifications:
Active California Physical Therapist license.
Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and EMR documentation skills.
Experience with systems like Casamba or PointClickCare is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive pay ranging from $48 to $60 per hour + bonus incentive, depending on experience.
