Join our team as a Physical Therapist within our Inpatient Physical Therapy department at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. This energetic team functions in a very collaborative way, both within their team of experienced therapists and inter-disciplinarily with other teams as well. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and develop their skills while maintaining a patient-centered approach to the care they provide.
The Physical Therapist provides evaluation, assessment, treatment, and education to patients and family members through a continuum of care according to the Physical Therapy Practice Act, Code of Ethics, JCAHO/UMQC, Policies and Procedures, and Federal/State regulations.

Requirements:
·Licensed as a Physical Therapist in CA or Pending CA PT license
·Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
·Current BLS Certificate
Preferred Experience:
·At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting
