The Physical Therapist Degree Senior reports directly to the Manager. The Physical Therapist Degree Senior is accountable for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the delivery of physical therapy services to ensure patients/clients receive comprehensive client-centered care. This position primary focus will be inpatient or outpatient, but may cover both inpatient and outpatient. The Physical Therapist Degree Senior also provides training, coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff therapists and other team members and students. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
