Broomfield, CO – Physical Therapist / Clinic Director

Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This role combines patient care with the day-to-day management of clinical operations, patient services, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
• Manage patient services and clinical personnel
• Perform all standard Physical Therapist duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license
• 3–5 years of related management experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• $83K–$92K base salary
• Potential bonus
• Full benefits package
