We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team serving Milford/Millsboro, Kent County In this rewarding role, you'll build strong patient relationships, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an exceptional interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding care.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety measures, and mobility strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Document care accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Current and appropriate Physical Therapist licensure
  • Home health or home care experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and active automobile insurance required
  • Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills

Hourly Pay Range: $38.22 - $61.16This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
