
Plans and implements individualized treatment programs for patients with physical injuries, disabilities and disorders. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. Administers and directs the use of physical agents and therapeutic techniques used in rehabilitation and physical medicine as prescribed by qualified provider.
Education Required Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Credential/Licensure Required
Shift: Working Casual Call, meaning work as needed at the Sturgeon Bay and Sister Bay locations.
Casual Call positions are offered an additional 10% differential on top of the base hourly rate.
