Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN

Location: Bryan, OH
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Schedule: PRN / As Needed

Ready for a flexible therapy opportunity? We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team in Bryan, Ohio on a PRN basis.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with mobility, strength, balance, transfers, and functional activities
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Document patient care and progress
• Work closely with PT, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team
• Help residents reach their highest level of independence

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio PTA license
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• SNF/geriatric experience is a plus
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and clinical skills
