Vanderbilt Health is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health physical therapy in the Greater Nashville area. This role offers flexible weekday hours, one‑on‑one patient care, and the opportunity to help patients regain independence in their homes.

Travel throughout the assigned home health territory
Required
Active Tennessee PTA license
Minimum 1 year of PTA experience
Strong communication and patient‑care skills
Ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Strong understanding of functional mobility and rehab techniques
