What You'll Do


  • Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.

  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and home programs.

  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation.


What We're Looking For


  • Active Minnesota
    Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

    license.

  • Excellent communication and patient education skills.

  • Passion for helping patients improve mobility and independence.

  • Home health experience is preferred but not required.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
