What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve functional goals
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Accurately document treatments and patient responses
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility techniques
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Ohio PTA license in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
