Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team!

Position Details

  • Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

  • Location: Hayward Gardens Post Acute

  • Pay:$48–$52 per hour

  • Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

  • Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

  • Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for residents.

Qualifications

  • Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required.

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
