Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – South Creek Post Acute

Part-Time: $35.00–$45.00 per hour DOE

General Purpose

Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA provides hands-on care, implements treatment plans, and helps residents reach their therapy goals in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services per the Physical Therapist’s care plan
• Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes accurately and on time
• Support restorative nursing training and participate in team meetings
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers in safe mobility and exercise routines
• Maintain treatment areas and equipment in good working order
• Communicate effectively with the care team regarding progress and needs

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab preferred
• Familiarity with Casamba or PointClickCare a plus
