Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Lacamas Creek Post Acute
Pay Range: $30–$40 per hour

Lacamas Creek Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. If you’re looking for a great place to work where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work alongside our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary care team to help patients regain strength, mobility, independence, and confidence.

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Help patients work toward individualized therapy goals
  • Assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Accurately document treatments and patient responses
  • Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the care team
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive therapy environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
  • Commitment to providing excellent patient care
