Job Location: 31170 Temecula Pkwy Ste 102 - Temecula, CA 92592
Salary Range: $30.00 - $37.00 Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions as outlined in the established plan of care.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility activities.
- Provide manual therapy techniques and apply therapeutic modalities as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics.
- Document treatment sessions accurately and timely in the EMR system.
- Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies in a clean and safe condition.
- Ensure compliance with state practice acts, facility policies, and professional standards.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with healthcare providers and staff.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Knowledge of physical therapy procedures and rehabilitation techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
