We are currently seeking Full-Time and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our collaborative and compassionate rehabilitation team.
Physical Therapist Assistant team members assist with ensuring the health and well-being of individuals by providing comprehensive and quality therapy services. This position is responsible for administering skilled physical therapy treatments as developed and recommended by a Registered Physical Therapist, ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

You’ll collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team that values communication, respect, and professional growth—while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Monitor and document resident progress and responses to treatment
Communicate effectively with therapy team members, nursing staff, and physicians
Assist in maintaining a safe and clean therapy environment
Support residents in achieving their highest level of independence
Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current New York State PTA license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Full-Time Consistent schedule with benefits eligibility - $27.00 - $34.24 / hour
PRN Flexible scheduling to fit your availability - $35.00 / hour
